Inspired by my own beautiful children, I started this venture as a mum longing to put my innate creative skills into something that felt valuable & rewarding.

I was obsessed (& still am) with taking photos of my babies but their busy natures & our busy lives meant it wasn’t all that easy to get a great shot. Even with a million iPhone photos I kept feeling like I hadn’t truly captured them in a way that felt timeless & frame worthy. This led me to pursue photography & start the journey that has become Sun Son Studio.

I’m drawn to nostalgic, vintage vibes & kids, whilst not always the easiest, are my absolute favourite subjects. I love how different every budding personality is & how gorgeous those chunky limbs, toothless grins, eyes full of wonder & wild mops of hair are. I adore them at every stage & think there is nothing more special than to pause time right where they are.
